Which is why Northern Clearing has adopted the ISO management system and standards to ensure quality processes throughout our operations. We're also a member of the Tree-care Industry Association and participate in the Certified Tree-care Safety Professional Program.

ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001

ISO 9001 represents an international consensus on quality management practices. This means we’ve adhered to a tried and tested framework for managing our processes, resulting in consistent quality. ISO 18001 helps us manage occupational health and safety risks, per the requirements under the OHSAS specification for an occupational health and safety management system. ISO 14001 provides a framework for our holistic, strategic, and measurable approach to our environmental policy, standards, and actions. It also underscores our commitment to applicable environmental legislation and regulation and continual improvement.

Ongoing commitment

At Northern Clearing, safety is always taken seriously. Our personnel are both electrical hazard and hazardous material trained, and qualified in commercial motor vehicle fleet safety management and as operators in the gas and oil industry. We provide ongoing first aid training too.
